Key points

  • You must be at least 18. Accounts may need operator approval, and the app requires a paid or operator-granted plan.
  • Monthly plans auto-renew. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Plan credits reset monthly; purchased pack credits and starting grants do not expire.
  • Failed generations return credits automatically. A full storage allowance blocks new jobs.
  • Review AI output and check loom files before production; the portfolio does not establish physical loom validation.
  • Use content you have permission to use. Account or data deletion must be requested from the operator.

1. Operator and eligibility

Weave is operated by [Legal business name], at [Registered address]. These terms apply to the Weave design app. By using the service, you agree to them.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you act for a business, you must have authority to accept these terms for it.

2. Accounts and one-time codes

Sign-up and sign-in use a mobile number with country code (default +91) and a one-time code valid for 10 minutes. There are no passwords. Sessions last 7 days.

Give accurate account details, keep control of your mobile number, and protect your codes and signed-in devices. Contact the operator if you suspect unauthorised use.

New accounts start as pending and may require operator approval. The operator can disable accounts.

3. Acceptable use

Use Weave lawfully and only with content you are entitled to use. Do not:

  • Upload or prompt for content that infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
  • Use the service for unlawful, harmful or abusive activity, interfere with its operation, or bypass account, credit or storage limits.
  • Reverse engineer the service, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Abuse AI providers, bypass their safeguards or violate their applicable terms.

4. Your content and our licence

You retain ownership of your inputs and own your outputs to the extent permitted by law and any rights that apply to them. This does not guarantee that AI output is copyrightable, exclusive or free of third-party rights.

You grant Weave a limited licence, solely to provide the service, to:

  • Store and process your content.
  • Send relevant prompts, reference images and artwork to AI providers.

You are responsible for having the permissions needed for your uploads and intended use of the outputs.

5. AI output

AI-generated images and text can be inaccurate, imperfect or similar to existing works. Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique or suitable for a particular use. Review them for quality, accuracy and rights before using or sharing them.

AI providers are configured by the operator and may include OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Anthropic, Recraft, OpenRouter, KIE.ai and Cloudflare (Workers AI). Their applicable terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

6. Loom files and production

You and your weaver must check exported files, thread grids, machine settings and compatibility before production, including appropriate loom trials. Weave does not guarantee compatibility with a loom or controller, or any particular woven result.

The portfolio shows digital preparation and previews. These demonstrations do not establish physical loom validation. File and harness checks do not replace supervised production checks.

7. Plans, credits and payments

An account needs a paid or operator-granted plan; there is no free plan. The operator sets prices and available plans and packs, which are shown in the app. Payments are in Indian rupees (INR) through Razorpay.

  • Monthly plans: subscriptions auto-renew through Razorpay until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access and plan credits remain until then, with no further subscription charges after that cycle.
  • Plan credits: AI actions consume credits. Plan credits are granted monthly, reset at renewal and do not carry over.
  • Credit packs: packs are one-time purchases. Purchased pack credits and any starting grant do not expire. Holding pack credits does not replace the need for an active paid or operator-granted plan.
  • Failed generations: credits are returned automatically.

For cancellation and payment refunds, see Refund & Cancellation.

8. Storage limits

Each plan includes a storage allowance. When it is full, new jobs are blocked until you delete files or upgrade your plan. Existing work is not automatically deleted because your allowance is full.

9. Suspension and termination

The operator may suspend or disable an account for misuse, a breach of these terms, security concerns or a legal requirement.

You can stop using the service and contact the operator to request account or data deletion. Account deletion is not self-service. To stop recurring charges, also request subscription cancellation under the cancellation policy.

10. Availability

The service is provided as available. Access or AI processing may be interrupted by maintenance, technical failures or third-party provider outages. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free results or continued availability of a particular AI provider.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Weave is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or production losses arising from use of the service or reliance on unverified AI or loom output.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the operator against reasonable third-party claims, losses and costs arising from your unlawful use of Weave, infringement through content you supply, or breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory legal rights or jurisdiction, disputes are subject to the courts at [City, State].

14. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest revision. Review the current terms before continuing to use the service.
